What is VOIP? How is it different from a normal landline number?
VoIP uses your Internet connection to make calls. Your voice is transmitted as data over the Internet. VOIP reduces both your startup and ongoing monthly costs and you are no longer restricted to your phone lines physical location. With our VOIP solutions, you will never miss another call again smart and intuitive mobile apps keep you connected, even when you’re away from the office.
What does the Unlimited plan include?
The unlimited plan includes unlimited inbound calls and unlimited outbound calls to all UK 01, 02, 03, 0800 numbers and most major network 07 numbers. It also includes; USA +1, Canada +1 and Ireland +353 numbers. There are some exceptions but we do our best to support as many numbers as possible.
Is Internet access required to use a VOIP Line?
Yes! VoIP uses your internet to make and receive telephone calls. You can configure the app to call from your mobile network when needed and if a call cannot reach an app, it can be configured to ring out to your mobile as a backup, so you never miss a telephone call.
Are there any minimum purchase requirements?
- You need to purchase only one user license. This included your first telephone number.
- The system is sold on a per-user basis and each person will receive there own direct dial number
Can you port existing number across?
Yes, most of the time. Simply provide us with your existing phone number during your sign up and we’ll double-check it for you.
Can I cancel at any time, what is the minimum contract?
There is no contract with our VOIP solutions, meaning you can cancel at any time with no extra charges. If you do choose to cancel your account, you’ll be responsible for any charges incurred for the current billing period, but you won’t be charged again.
Can I mix user plans across the business?
Yes, you can manage your user subscription plans in our apps. Any changes you make go live instantly.
How does the free trial work?
Our free trial allows you to try out all of our powerful features free of charge, within reasonable limits. You will be able to make calls to UK 01, 02 and major network 07 numbers. Calls to other phone numbers, or chargeable features such as SMS are not enabled during the trial.
How do I continue at the end of my trial?
Simply add payment card details to your account in the desktop app and the rest is automatic. We’ll send you a reminder before your trial ends.
